These Terms of Service govern purchases made through the Harlan Ruby LLC online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our applicable Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

This website is operated by Harlan Ruby LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). References to “Harlan Ruby” throughout the website mean Harlan Ruby LLC and its applicable business operations.

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

All orders are subject to product availability and payment authorization. By submitting an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, or other circumstances permitted by law. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.

3. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Online orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of the order timestamp shown on your receipt. To request cancellation, email hello@monbonchiffon.com or text 833-224-4532 within that window. Include your full name, telephone number, and order number.

Approved cancellations and order adjustments are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Any applicable processing, administrative, or restocking fees must be disclosed before they are charged and may be imposed only where permitted by law.

Because fulfillment may begin immediately after checkout, cancellations and modifications generally cannot be accepted after the 30-minute window closes.

Unless otherwise stated in a product listing or required by law, completed purchases are final sale and are not eligible for discretionary returns, exchanges, or refunds. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including applicable remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND FULFILLMENT

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information. However, products may become unavailable after an order is placed. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you regarding an appropriate replacement or refund.

Order fulfillment may begin immediately after checkout. We cannot guarantee that additional items can be added to an existing order. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when applicable. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping or reshipping charges may apply when a shipment must be corrected or resent because of an incorrect address or other customer-provided information, where permitted by law and disclosed before the charges are assessed.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact hello@monbonchiffon.com promptly with your order number and relevant photographs. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

6. REFUSED, UNDELIVERABLE, AND RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused or returned because of customer error, an incorrect address, or failure to accept delivery, the customer may be responsible for actual, applicable shipping, return-shipping, reshipping, or restocking costs, where permitted by law and disclosed before they are charged.

We will not automatically impose return or restocking charges where they are prohibited by law. Reshipments resulting from our error will be handled at our expense.

7. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND VARIATIONS

We make reasonable efforts to display products and descriptions accurately. Actual colors and appearances may vary due to photography, lighting, screen settings, materials, manufacturing processes, and other factors.

Handcrafted, custom, or naturally variable products may differ slightly from photographs or illustrations. Product descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability may change without notice, subject to applicable law.

8. PRICING AND PROMOTIONS

Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without notice. Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms, expiration dates, and exclusions. Unless expressly permitted, discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively to completed purchases.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or inventory errors and to cancel affected orders as permitted by law. If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, compromise its security, submit fraudulent information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the website for unauthorized purposes.
