Processing time is the time required to prepare and package your order. It does not include carrier transit time.
Most orders are processed within approximately 2–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page. Processing times may vary during busy periods or because of inventory availability, severe weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to discuss whether expedited processing or shipping may be available. Expedited service is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
Orders may enter fulfillment shortly after checkout. Cancellation requests are subject to the 30-minute cancellation window described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Transit time begins when the carrier receives your package. It is separate from order processing and packaging time.
Delivery estimates depend on the shipping service selected, the destination, carrier operations, and other circumstances. Transit estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery dates. We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date unless that commitment has been expressly confirmed.
When your shipping label is created, tracking information will generally be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information may not appear immediately. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update after the label is created or the package is handed over.
If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears delayed, contact us at hello@monbonchiffon.com with your order number so we can help investigate.
If carrier tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, check your delivery location and surrounding areas and contact the carrier for additional information. You should also notify us so we can review the shipment details.
Although carrier delivery confirmation is important evidence of delivery, we will review reported delivery issues individually. Applicable consumer rights and legal obligations remain in effect.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses supplied by customers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. This provision does not eliminate any responsibility imposed on us by applicable law.
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, is missing from your order, or is incorrect, contact hello@monbonchiffon.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected items and packaging when applicable. Prompt notification helps us investigate and resolve the issue efficiently.
Please retain the original packaging and damaged items until we have reviewed your report, as they may be needed for a carrier claim. We may request reasonable cooperation with an investigation.
We will review each report and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by applicable law. Reporting deadlines imposed by a carrier do not eliminate any rights you may have under applicable law.
Reshipments required because of our error will be arranged at our expense using an appropriate shipping method.

About the Author
BIRDIE LAPINOU lives in a rainbow-colored house in East Nashville, where balloon animals whisper ideas and cotton candy clouds drift past the windows. She draws at odd hours, convinced that all proper rabbits must wear bowties, stories hide in buttons, and every good book begins with a secret.
Her debut, Lil’ Bun Goes to the Circus, is a whimsical coloring book—and just the beginning. More books are already whispering their way out of hiding, including illustrated tales stitched from dreams, loose threads, and old name tags from lives she may have once lived.
